You know you play too much Terraria when ..

.. Someone at work asks how to ground/connect landscaping lights together underground, and the first thing you almost ask is "have you rescued the Mechanic?"

Have you guys had little moments like that, maybe after a particularly long session? Another time, I caught myself looking at a cool streetlight and thinking "aw, man, how do I craft that?"

Orrrrrr maybe I'm just crazy. That's a possibility, too.

I knew I was addicted to it when I got in Hardmode 2 days after playing it again since a long time. If this doesn't count... There was this day when my mother called my entire family to discuss the fact I was addicted to it, and "my manners" were decreasing and I was getting mad at anything. Seriously, she even threatened deleting my entire progress in the game, but my brother told her that was way too much. Since he's 22, she at least allowed me to play max of an hour per day. But I'm not like this anymore, specially because it gets extremely boring after too much playtime.

true after ~1100 hours of terraria, i have gotten bored of it.

I still come on the server every other day though

my dad says im aloud only a hour a day but i play like 3 lol

I basically play Terraria as much as I can. This is because Terraria is a combination of loot-finding, free-building, chaos-causing fun.
And those are my three favorite factors in video games!
