Little /permbuff tweaks plz

So to keep everyone posted
As from today,Permbuff was added to the server which is awsome but i ran into a small issue while using it
Apparently whenever u try to cast a buff with multiple levels (Nebulae effects) it only cast the lowest level,not matter how many times u write the command or even getting the buff id would help,as he only considers the buff name not the id as a proper name (or at least that happened to me)
It would be nice if we could make them different like damage nubula 1,or damage nebula level A or something.

Another thing (not a bug,just a request) is when u apply striking moment and use a meowmere it will deal at least above 900 dmg ,i think the max dmg dealt to a mob is about 1k and if u went beyond that number the server will stone u and the hit wont be registered,dont forget that i didn't mention adding the dmg nebula too,it would be nice if panther could increase the maximum limit for damage dealt to mobs for vips who can access the /permbuff only (to avoid hackers who uses hacks to get past 1k dmg per hit) in order to make anyone who uses striking moment get stoned less
And to whom who may concern,to activate the striking moment buff u must meet these 2 conditions 
1Confusedtriking moment only applies on melee weapons
2:deals dmg to mobs ONLY.

think I mentioned it before, but the permbuffs do not seem to work for me (using my silver VIP account)

i think 1500 damage is a safe amount, but some VIPs can be hackers too, so i dont think not having a damage cap for VIPs is kinda bad idea.

Were there known cases of VIPs hacking btw? If so, then I agree.

Yeah nebula buffs are kinda hard to use because the game differentiate each buff via the id, not the name itself, you'll have to /permbuff the id of each buff for guarantee success, namely 181, 178 and 175 for damage, mana regen and healing lvl 3.
about the damage cap, i dont think 900 is the cap because i constantly use nebula blaze and sniper rifle for 1k3+ damage, i think you got stoned when you create too much projectiles at a time. when using spectre amour and nebula arcanum on destroyer it almost stones you immediately.
last thing to mention is it looks like the cap threshold increases as you level up, so it should be find later on.

Aren't sniper rifles supposed to sort of negate the buffs?
