Hi it's me N00BLY, I've played in this server for a long time and I reached Level 100, but after that I went inactive for 2 years because of a private reason. If there's a chance that I can get my level back it would really help me save the time of typing "level up" and save the soul shards that I have left.

I believe the server ranks/levels have reset in the past two years. Regardless, the main server is on a bit of a stand-by while the new server gets worked out; in this case, everything would be reset once again. Also, unless you still have the old account from two years ago, nothing can be reinstated on your new account.

non VIP accoutns get reset from time to time (maybe years apart)

but I will be doing a reset again soon anyway.
