Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add)*: He was continuously using caps when he dropped his lunar flare and blaming it on others, and refusing to change the drop key. He also kept bothering other people when he spammed rage when he lost at pvp (Shown in last Screen Shot)
Why It Affects You/Others*: Annoying to our gameplay, and caps isnt allowed here so.
