My opinion how to improve the server

I know im late to this thread but my opinion to bring PTS to number 1 in terraria servers is to have more active mods to ban hackers and mute spammers thats why the thread section is full of reports, and also add new features such as mails or new plugins and the most important thing as hanna mentioned in the thread is to share this server to have more players.

That's not true.  To be #1 on Terraria-servers, players need to vote for this server rather than other servers.  More votes = higher rank it gets.

In my opinion, players can't be attracted with a dead servers.. Staff members bring the life to the server and make things move by hosting events, races, competitions and doing some drop parties. We need more active Mods to ensure the fun quality in the server.

Staff isn't permitted to do drop party so it's up to players that want to get rid of their stuff.  Also, you do realize you can start races.

First, I  remember some old staff  members  that hosted drop  parties. Ex: @Shack. But I don't mind  giving
away some spare stuff since I keep them treasured  without any  usage. Second: It's  true that we can create races, but it's not like when a staff member creates it, it become more interesting and much more fun

Nah, The problem is that there are little to no mods on, so people like this start getting on and scaring/offending/annoying people with no-one to handle the situation, @malloy, @RunnerNS, and @Coolncreamy are probably the only ones on (With Rini and Vivid sometimes) and even then they're not on always.

We fix the problem with the staff, and then we can start to change the server itself, otherwise what's the point of changing the server itself without more/new mods?

That's the point I'm talking about, An active Staff  team is the key to any successful server.
Edit: we really need new mods.

I think you got Cooln confused with Ecma/Rini , I havent seen cooln online in ages but Ecma is ussualy there

hm, a suggestion is that maybe Panther should get a patreon, he earns money from his shop but that isnt enough to keep the server going. Maybe he should do something like, the highest donate every month will get special commands that vip and other players dont get. Or just overall to support the server. It may be hard to create since the vip shop already gives lots of rewards, but its an idea

Like some special event,game or something that happens often or frequently
