Relay ingame chat

I'm wondering, is it possible to relay in-game chat to another location (e.g. the forum)? It will look like another shoutbox, but readonly. Ofc we cannot do it with vanilla TS, but can we do that with a plugin that leverage some TShock interfaces? 
I know some other games that do it, but their in-game chats are IRC-based anw.

I remember the server used to have an IRC, but if I'm right the server became unstable thanks to the IRC. However that was 2 years ago, I don't know if it'd be unstable now too.

It was unstable and crashed. Tbh I don't think it's really important but thats just my opinion. I guess pm Panther if you want it implemented enough.

Well, I want to know what's happening without opening Terraria and join right away if there is something hot going on xD
