Possible connection issues

My hosting provider will be upgrading its connections to two upstream providers during two maintenance events in the next couple of mornings.  

Specifically, these events will occur between 10pm and 4am EDT starting tonight (July 7) and tomorrow night (July 8). 

During the events, you may notice brief disconnections. Sorry for an inconvenience.

Does that mean your getting NBN cause I'm getting it (it's australian it makes 100 x faster wi fi no lag ever )

server is located in the states, his reason for choosing an american server is majority of players are also from north america.
