More Updates :)

So, on top of fixing (i think) the mini game crashes, Wolfjie has been working hard on the actuall TShock server to try and cut down on wasted bandwidth and performance.

These changes should see lowser levels of lag in overall.

I hope everyone enjoys their time on the server.

I'll post further updates when/if there are any further changes.
