chest bank command error

Since the map reset is near i tried to bank my chests quick because i lost all my stuff from the last map reset.Me an Hello i am gooooood had a shop and we tried to bank our chest but it seems to not letting us bank our chests. The server told us that we've made our max /cbank and it was our first time using that command. i'm gonna be upset if i lost all my stuff again because of that command error.

And me too it says you defined max number of houses and i only defined 1 in this map if you can reset our spots (houses and these stuff plz)

Cbank is broken still. Just save items in alt accounts.

The old map has been deleted today which it means we dont have time to sit down i need to build but he keeps saying the same error
