Howdy peeps,
I've noticed, as of recent, a lot of people are posting in support threads just for the sake of posting and not really bringing anything to the table. I'd like to inform regular users to refrain from posting in support threads if they do not concern you, unless you have evidence to provide i.e., screenshots or eyewitness.
To any moderators I advice you close threads that are dead/have been dealt with. Now with that in mind anyone posting in support threads as a third party, the posts will be considered spam and will result in a warning. Any violations after that will require punishment.
With all this taken into consideration we can keep the support section clean for our staff to conduct daily duties quick and efficiently. I've taken the liberty to update the support rules, refer to them here:
