Description of Problem (Screenshots if possible): Having Dev Armor in his possession and attempting to sell/finding out to use it.

Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add)*: He's always caused issues with people with constant begging every day (I am unsure if he's the same person as well, but sss123 does the same thing with begging)
Why It Affects You/Others*: Well.. One, hacks. Two, people like this are always around to cause issues while the admins are gone, if not just being minor nuisances that wouldn't warrant a ban until something like this happens.
I would have a screenshot of him wearing it, but I failed to do so. He burned through 2-3 deaths but was wearing vanity underneath.
