Description of problem: jacksonss is a level 40, and is handing out tons of solar flare armor sets FOR FREE, i caught him giving one to another player but couldn't screenshot it because i wasn't quick enough, but i got a screenshot of chat when he gave it to someone for free: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/fi...1255979861
Other: Why do hackers do this
Why it affects you/others: Hacking is unfair and gives players an advantage and doesn't let them play the normal game from beginning to end.
