I have heard of this plugin, which allows the player to use /ptime (time of day) and set that as their personal time. This plugin just changes the time for the player's view, not the time in-game. So, an example of this is that it could be noon on your screen but midnight in-game, and with this the server would be night, and if a player was set at noon they could spawn night-time bosses like The Destroyer. But note that, if it's day for the server, and a player's personal time is at night, then you wouldn't be able to spawn night-time bosses.
Why this would be helpful:
This would be helpful for many, because I for one am one who likes to build, and I prefer day for that. But say, another player would like night to farm bosses, and switching time could be inconvenient for both types of players, this is where ptime comes in. This could be a command among regular players, or copper donors, because they do not have access to /time.
Hope you like the idea,
