I think that we should add a guild points feature,
Guild members could donate soul shards to guild to increase the points, and it costs part of the points to keep the guild alive, or it will be auto disbanded (we got way 2 many guilds)
Guild could use the points to rank up the guild, and ranking up the guild could provide benefits to the members by giving the members a ss multiplier (could gain more ss from fighting mobs, eg: level 2 guild members could get 102% ss from fighting mobs, level 3 could get 105%...)
Also the new GW that is coming up could also be a way to get guild points.
