As you can see, he can use Butcher with his level 8 account.

Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add)*:
How come a newbie (level 8) can use /butch and /npc ( sorry but I didnt reach him spawning npcs)
Why It Affects You/Others*: On /npc, he might spawn too many npcs....

Yeah i agree and maybe panther should make /butch and /npc or higher rank players like maybe lvl 25 and higher

Grim, did you see the 2nd picture?
He is a Level 8.... I did /ui on him after he butchered.
it says logged in as: C9 LSC LemonNation Group: Default
It is really a bug.

these commands are too OP >_> commands to manage public warp points i dont think that be a good idea :/
