Ian_Virus and Ian_Virus2 - Ice Spectre - 10-12-2014
Your In Game Name (IGN):Ice Spectre
Offender's IGN:Ian_Virus
Description of Problem (Screenshots if possible): he is saying #### this server and terraria, giving links to porn and viruses and spamming EDIT: he has also griefed, thanks sir.doom
Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add)*: he has been doing it 3 times now
Why It Affects You/Others*: it is really irritating and breaking the rules
EDIT: he just sent me and myrmeta a private message wwhich is horrible
I have 2 questions,
1. does this server IP ban?
2. is it possible to ban a name before it is created?

Hmmm, that sounds like Ian and it doesn't, it IS really, REALLY easy to frame people without a mod on... but if it was Ian, then he should have been banned no question.
