Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add)*: Scarface also saw him doing this.
Why It Affects You/Others*: There was a invasion in the arena. he shot his razophine 100 times faster then mine and others. Then he switched to vampire knives and he shot it so fast it was just a red cone where he aims. he took all the kills before we could even touch one. And he has no debuffs from the red's wings and I see him ignoring the freeze debuff.

I can see he has Red's Wings which are not obtainable legit and he is not taking any damage so he is a confirmed hacker and should be banned.
