He keeps hacking and wont listen if he was been warned.
Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add)*:
Banning, he makes other players lag when he is online.
Why It Affects You/Others*:
Frame lagging, and is really annoying with the hacks.

a hacker cant make u lagg.
to many projectiles/mobs can make lagg worse but its mainly ur connection

I realized he seems to have a lot of defined homes it seems like more than ten and it annoyed me he claimed a chest in the dungeon the matter if he is a hacker or not I don't know but accurate screen shots might help your case
