Description of Problem (Screenshots if possible):
He is hacking in a Blizzard Staff, and some Developer's armor.
He is also lying that he doesnt have hacks and said he got 1M just
doing nothing in an hour. he would only get 300K per hour......

Seeing his items if hacked and ban if it is hacked.
Why It Affects You/Others*:
He is lying and is offending me and yolo.
