Hacking running around doing pvp with 100 health and with godmode

Why It Affects You/Others*:Spoils the game for apparent reasons.

I caught him with Dev armor and Godmode.
He is temp. banned.
I have the player ip for any staff who needs to further ban him.

Even After a ban, he keeps rejoining and spoiling the server.

He has a proxy, the best we can do is just keep him out until he gets tired.
