Description of Problem:
I noticed that my Picksaw had lost its prefix (Legendary), at first I thought it was just a bug that was rare to come by, because no one else had complained about this before, so I just reforged it back to Legendary. Later, I logged on to find that my Flairon had lost its Godly prefix as well. Not that big of a deal, I had plenty of money to reforge, but it is really annoying.
I tried asking a moderator about this, but didn't get an answer (busy with PVP, they gotta have some fun as well (Not sarcasm)) so I'm just making a post about it. I have experienced this issue on a server I used to play on (long time ago), but that was a lot more common. I'd lose the prefix almost every single time I relogged. I don't have any before/after screenshots, because I didn't think this would happen.
Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add):
I think TShock could be the cause of this, because I'm pretty sure that was the issue on the server I used to play on, but that was back in 1.2, not 1.2.4
Why It Affects You/Others:
Weapons (So far only weapons) loses its prefix, and it can be a pain to reforge, especially when certain items cost around 45 gold per reforge (Snowman Cannon).

Has happened to me too, I've lost a prefix on almost everything I have that can have one.

I lost my legendary terrablade 4 times and now I have no money to reforge it back to legnedary

You should try talking to Panther directly about this, or let us relay a message for you. I would try to give you the funds to reforge it again, but I don't think I can do that. The reason being, I can't just take someone's word that they lost their prefix. Said person may be trying to exploit the issue for their own personal gain.
On a side note: It might not be TShock itself, but possibly server rollbacks, or an account related issue.
