Description of Problem (Screenshots if possible): Returning to the game, avoiding a ban imposed by Zilophos
Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add)*: He was banned not half an hour before returning [week long].
Why It Affects You/Others*: He's been spreading hacked in rare items for cheap prices and ruining the economy, as well as illegal prefixes, posing a possible threat for non-offenders unknowingly breaking the illegal prefixes rule by receiving said goods without knowledge that the prefixes are illegal.

I don't have a screenshot, but I have seen him on the server yesterday too. So he must have avoided the Ban, like Nie said.
