Ban Appeal Setup (READ BEFORE POSTING!) - Sir. Doom - 05-10-2014

Before posting a ban appeal, please read the following:

When making a ban appeal, please try to be as reasonable as possible. Freaking out after you are banned (by accident or good reasons) will not get you unbanned. Also, when writing your reasons, use your best spelling and grammar skills. When posting a ban appeal, use the format given to you below. There is also no need to make it extremely complicated, unless of course, your ban is extremely complicated. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you do not use proper formatting, you will be warned to fix it first. If it is not fixed, we will fix it for you and give you a two point warning (20%) that expires in two weeks.
