what happened - The Original Fiend - 04-12-2016
So I logged in today after a 2 week hiatus and Im Greeted with literally nothing. All my plots are gone all my stuff is gone I had like 15 chests full of loot and now some other person just claimed it even though I have 134mil to pay for my plot. WTF happened and why did I get F***D over?

You should know better not to curse around abound ingame items.
Plot laylouts have been changed and some failed to pay their daily rent.

Like I said in the OP I have 135 mil on my account So please explain how i "couldnt afford" my plot on 2 of my accounts

First of all- server got screwed which left all plots non-owned which pretty much summarized up of what happened to plots (new wave of different owners.) When map reset occurs, you need to store items in piggy bank, safe or cbanks. Chests will not carry over.

There was a world reset 2 weeks ago, so maybe thats why.
Also, I know you are upset, but if this is a poor attitude to be taking and will not be tolerated here or in game.
As for chests, they never carry over world resets, you should ALWAYS use a bank chest if its anything you want to save.
