Highscores Update - Panther - 03-09-2016

I've updated highscores to show top 500 now, instead of just the top 5

I've also paginated the arenas for mini games, for when there are more...

couple other minor adjustments you probably wont notice Tongue

Server time.

You can use /servertime or check the time on the forums both are the same

Just went in and tested /pts time and /pts shards
They work fine.
