I am very confused how do i make a clan/guild?

That's really it, if you make one that's appealing in the clans forum, people will join. Just make sure you have good, honest players in your clan should you decide to make one. There's no command pluin for it yet, so everything is organized via forums..

@Coolncreamy tbh you didn't really answer his question.He wants to know how to make one so here's the answer go to Forums on the top then click clans.If you look on the bottom right it says post thread. Click it and you can make your clan however you like it.Then after that you can click Post thread and that can be your thread for your clan.If you have any questions feel free to ask.Hope this helps ~Bossmcg~.

Ah, my apologies, probably should have explained the actual thread posting a bit more. I suddenly had to leave irl mid-typing, so I didn't get to that yet... Follow boss's post on how to make the thread. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions about running a clan once you get the thread made.

Sorry, but it is not within your capabilities to create a thread in the clans section. Also, right now is not the proper time to create a clan because Clan plugins are currently under development. Hopefully, you will be able to make a clan once they are done.
