I voted for the server and did not receive my in game 2.5 mil soul shards. I waited about 8 hours and still did not receive, can I please get these? Other than that, love the server, great work

Have you typed your name exactly? Counting every capital letters and symbols? Did you vote with Steam?

If the answers to any of your question were no, and the third one was yes, that's where you made it wrong.

To put it simple, you need to use your character's name in the server for voting.

Example: JohnDoe213 is a character, while his steam account might be MaryJane497

If they want the soul shards, they'll need to be in the server and vote with JohnDoe213, not their steam account or it won't go through and reward them.

I think there is some kind of bug, i experienced it my first time i voted.
The vote doesn't give you soul shards for the first time for some reason.
BTW Ulti, did you know "Erebos" is actually the real name of the underworld in Greek mythology?
