Ban appeal - GGwellplayed - 12-14-2014

Reason for ban: godmode and hack client
Why you believe the ban should be lifted:i believe that the ban should be lifted because first of all idontknow said that i don't have master ninja gear so i cant dodge attack.But i have master ninja gear and black belt on me and i dropped it to show him proof.but then he ban me.He tried smacking me and i died.i was lagging really hard and although knuffledruffle said that i did not show signs of lag i did.My internet speed has been throttled by my isp.I think that idontknow should clarify things properly first.Instead of just doing the smack tactic to catch people who r in god-mode.There are some instances when i am in a pvp with someone and that person did not die even after his health is at negative and only died shortly later.
i have used a hacked client once before and i have been ban last time and i have since then removed my hack client.

First, how long is your ban?
If it has a limit, just wait it out.
If it is a permanent ban, i can't really help you.

Unless he did /invsee on you, he can't say you didn't have it.
It's "Knuffeldraak", and I didn't even know it was possible to find out if someone was having lag without looking at the same monitor and the lagged.
Doing /slap with high amounts of damage is the only way to find who is in godmode.
For now, you should wait for him to come here and say what he saw.

Knuffeldraak at first stated that it was impossible for me to see him and i should not be able to see and damage him just because he is in stealth.Using some common sense anyone would be able to know where a person is when they themselves and the other person who has pvp on by spraying their weapon around and checking the place that they last died in to check if the other party is there or not
Knuffeldraak then became all shocked and surprised when I managed to damage him and then started falsely accusing me of hacking and is having godmode on and further stated that both of us did not show signs of lag.
Like what you have stated,it was not possible to see if a person is experiencing lag unless they are looking at the same screen.
He then said that his sniper rifle dealt 516 damage to me and I survived and therefore he concluded that I was hacking,to support his accusation he said that he saw the hitsplat. However,I did not got shot,and did not receive a single damage.
The moderator named Idontknow believed Knuffeldraak and dismissed all my efforts of trying to prove my innocence as a lie.That accusation was only a one man account,which is definitely not called proof.
Just when I wanted to explain myself,I got ban and in the ban reason it said :Kicked 1 day ban:don't you freaking lie,godmode,hack client-Idontknow
This was what he said and I certainly did not exaggerate any part of it including the word "freaking".Which was not exactly the nicest way to say things especially when I'm telling the truth about me not hacking.
I think that Idontknow should clarify things clearly first before concluding that the person he is hacking.I do agree that slapping a player to determine if a person is having godmode on is one of the other ways.I have died once upon being slapped twice in rapid succession.As I have said my internet speed is being throttled and is really slow so it probably only registered the slap few seconds after I'm slapped and since I'm slapped twice on a very short interval this I lagged and therefore only registered as a single death.
I am lagging so much that it takes a 5-10 seconds interval to warp to a location sometimes nobody moves at all on my screen and sometimes I crash.However I continue to play on this server as this a really dope server with mostly awesome and helpful people and helpful staff that will answer any doubts that you have.
However I do wish that before banning a person first listen to both sides of the story and clarify things properly ,I strongly believed that this would greatly enhanced the experience of everybody in the server.

Btw GGwellplayed i first looked at your inventory then you dont even have masterninja gear or any potion that you can dodge the slap dmg coz someone said that your having a godmode ... so i look at your inventory first .... the slap you 999 dmg then you didnt even die for some reason ...... and the 2 time you died .. your saying your lagging huh ? if your lagging your gonna die but its gonna be delay in the 2nd time in slapping you you died so i thinked that you off your godnmode like that ... -_-

And IdK, not to offend, but you should improve your writing. Sometimes I feel confused while reading your texts and can't be sure on what you meant when you wrote. If you want to know what I'm talking about ask me later.
