They should be banned for non VIPs but when someone purchases VIP they have to vow not to take abuse of the solar tablet and not spam it.

Then it could be a moderator only item, and some days could have scheduled eclipses or we could ban them altogether and only do the natural eclipses

The notification of /duel, is broken. Basically, when you do, for instance, /duel FabbyTizzi 1, FabbyTizzi will not get the notification on his end. Although, if he does /accept, he will enter the duel.

Same here, also when i try to tp to Thunder Ice(while @Thunderbolt33 is online) i do /tp thunder ice and it says "You Do Not Have Access To That Command" and when i tp to enyone else it tps and even if he diasbles it, it still does it
